There are two ways to get to NCNA from the West: by I-85/Hwy 70 &
by I-40
I 85 and Hwy 70
- Take I -85 North
- As you pass Durham, road splits, I-85 continues to left, Hwy 70 to right
- Take Hwy 70 to the right
- Travel for about 30 minutes. Hwy 70 becomes Glenwood Avenue in Raleigh.
- Continue on Glenwood, pass Crabtree Valley Mall on the right
- Continue on Glenwood for several miles
- Pass Raleigh Orthopedics and Paragon Business Bank on the right
- At Oberlin (Exxon Station on right), turn right.
- Pass B&T Bank, Wachovia Bank, Post Office on right
- Pass Cameron Village on left
- At Clark St (there is a stop light), turn right, travel one block
- NCNA is at corner of Clark/Enterprise
- Turn left on Enterprise, turn right into NCNA
I-40
- Take I-40 traveling east
- Pass signs to Raleigh-Durham Airport
- At exit 289, bear to right, there are two lanes you can use
- Pass signs for RBC Center, Blue Ridge Rd
- You are now on Wade Avenue, pass signs for I-440 on right
- Pass Ridgeway shopping center on the left
- Pass the Unitarian Universalist Church on right
- Go through the Intersection of Dixie Trail
- At Brooks Avenue, turn right – this puts you into a residential area
- Pass one church on left, at Clark ST (Lutheran church on left), turn left
- Travel several blocks to Enterprise ST, turn right on Enterprise
- NCNA is at corner of Clark/Enterprise
- Turn left on Enterprise, turn right into NCNA
IF you miss Brooks Avenue
- Continue on Wade Avenue for a mile or two
- Pass the park on the left
- Immediately after the park, there is a sudden curved turn to the right
- That puts you on Oberlin Rd, travel on Oberlin
- Pass B & T Bank, Wachovia Bank and Post Office on right
- Pass Cameron Village on left
- At Clark St (there is a stop light), turn right, travel one block.
- NCNA is at corner of Clark/Enterprise
- Turn left on Enterprise, turn right into NCNA

Take
I-40 West
- Take Exit 299 (Person Street and Hammond Road)
- Turn right at bottom of ramp
- Take Person Street into downtown
Raleigh
- Turn left onto Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard (name
changes to Western Boulevard after 1/2 mile)
- Go approximately
2 - 2 1/2 miles (Pullen Park is on your right)
- Take the exit ramp to the right (this is just
before the overhead bridge crosses over Western Boulevard)
- At the top of the ramp turn right onto Pullen Road
- You will
be on the NC State University Campus
- Stay on Pullen Road
- You will reach a "round about" and go around half
the circle so that you are still going straight
- Take the
next left (Watauga Club Drive)
- At the stop sign turn right
and go to stop light (you are now facing Hillsborough Street)
- Cross over Hillsborough Street and you will be on Enterprise
- Go to end of Enterprise and just before you get to the stop
sign turn left into the NCNA parking lot (the last driveway
on the left before the stop sign)
- There is a Bank of America
on the right side of the street
