Three ways to notify NCNA of any name or address changes:

1. Login at Member Login and select Member Update.

Username: 1st initial, 2nd/middle initial, last name (comes from info you entered on your membership application)

Password: 8 digit membership number

2. Name/Address Change Form: NCNA Members can print, complete and fax/mail this form to notify NCNA of all name and address changes.

3. Email NCNA membership department to notify of name and address changes.
