ATTENDEES TAKE NOTE:

Sessions—All concurrent sessions will be filled on a first come/first serve basis. In order to get a seat in the session you prefer, plan to arrive early to that session. Full schedule will be in information received at check in and prior to NPSS, it will be posted online at www.ncnurses.org.

Climate Control—Plan to wear layered clothing for your personal comfort.

Cancellation Policy—If you cancel your registration in advance of April 2, 2010, NCNA will return 80% of your registration fee. If cancelled after that date, you will be responsible for meal costs and a $20 processing fee. All requests must be submitted in writing by April 2. Refunds will be processed after May 24, 2010.

Schedule Updates—Plan to return to www.ncnurses.org to receive ongoing updates to the schedule as they become available..
