Do you have what it takes to be a leader? One of NCNA’s most popular and successful programs is our Leadership Academy.
Statement of Purpose: The Leadership Academy program empowers nurses to think outside the box while improving their skills as communicators and advocates in professional, civic, and community arenas. The program is a high-intensity, six-day immersion that includes a series of leadership workshops that prompt participants to consider how leadership happens and what perils and possibilities are present as nurses lead themselves, others, and the community.
