As North Carolina’s emergency departments and ICUs begin to overflow with patients for the second time in as many years, nurses are being asked to give even more of yourselves yet again. Many of you are discouraged and you have every right to be. NCNA shares your frustration even as we appreciate that you are still there for the people of North Carolina.
