Description

This session appropriate for bedside nurses, educators and leaders will review the current risk of workplace violence in healthcare, recommended evidence-based practices to address that can be used by novice leaders, and highlight some best practices currently in use across the state and country. The participants will be left with tangible action steps to make themselves and their units safer and more resilient.
