The Mountain Model is appropriate for all nurse educators, pre-licensure through doctoral degrees. As a new model and the only one to integrate EBP and QI, Program Evaluation and Policy Analysis even expert nurse educators will learn something new. This model allows nurse educators to readily see where each degree level plays an integral role in high quality safe healthcare.
