The Triangle Region NCNA Advisory Board desires to recognize the Stars of Nursing.

Recognize a Registered Nurse that goes the extra mile and really makes a difference. Every day, nurses give so much of themselves to their patients, community and organizations. This is your opportunity for this Registered Nurse to shine bright like a star. Each Star of Nursing will be presented during the Diamonds and Denim event at Brio.

Criteria for Stars of Nursing nomination

1. To submit nomination the nominee has to be Registered Nurse living within the Triangle Region.
2. Name of Nominee (credentials) with picture
3. Position and Employer
4. Why is this Registered Nurse a star? (Limit to 4 sentences)
5. Nominators Name
