We’re excited to invite you to participate as a sponsor or exhibitor in our 2026 event series and connect directly with North Carolina’s nursing community. With multiple events held across the state and hundreds of attendees expected, NCNA’s conferences and local member events offer valuable opportunities to engage with Registered Nurses (RNs) and Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) across healthcare, education, and leadership.
Our events provide meaningful visibility, face-to-face connections, and customizable sponsorship options designed to help you meet your goals. Whether you’re interested in a multi-event presence or making an impact at a single conference, we’re here to help you maximize your investment.
Exhibitor and Sponsor Opportunities
The Annual Psych Retreat provides exhibitors and sponsors with direct access to nurses working in psychiatric–mental health care from across North Carolina. With 125+ attendees—nearly half of whom are APRNs—this event attracts engaged professionals actively seeking new products, services, and solutions. Its intentionally sized format allows for meaningful, in-depth conversations and relationship-building over two days.
As North Carolina’s only event dedicated exclusively to Nurse Practitioners, the Nurse Practitioner Spring Symposium (NPSS) offers unparalleled access to NPs practicing across the state. In 2026, NPSS returns to the Grove Park Inn in Asheville, NC—a highly sought-after location that consistently draws strong attendance. This event attracts Nurse Practitioners in leadership roles and business owners who are actively interested in discovering new products, services, and partnership opportunities, making it an ideal setting to build high-value connections.
NCNA returns to Concord, NC for the 119th Annual Convention, hosted in one of the state’s most active and densely populated NCNA member regions—Charlotte/Concord. Following record-breaking attendance at the 2024 Convention, we are planning an even larger event for 2026. With 500+ Registered Nurses from a wide range of practice areas expected, this two-day convention offers exhibitors and sponsors exceptional visibility, high foot traffic, and extensive opportunities to connect with nurses through education and networking.
In 2026, NCNA will host a series of in-person networking and education events for 100 attendees in cities throughout the state—and each event will feature a single, exclusive sponsor. As the only sponsor on site, your organization will have undivided attention through prominent brand visibility, direct engagement with attendees, and a dedicated product theater at each location. This is a rare opportunity to own the room and connect meaningfully with nurses across North Carolina.
