Description This session is for all nurse leaders and aspiring nurse leaders who struggle to be invited to the table for important conversations and decisions that impact their work. Participants will discuss what value means and gain tools to use to empower their voices to be heard, to earn a spot at the table!
Outcome 90% of participants will report that the activity provides actionable strategies for effectively integrating the following into their practice: recognition of their professional value, overcoming barriers to participation in leadership opportunities, and advocating for their role in decision-making processes.
