Presented by the North Carolina Nurses Association and sponsored by Blue Cross & Blue Shield of North Carolina, the Diversity in Nursing Leadership Fellowship supports individual goal development and addresses challenges faced by underrepresented populations. Funded through private grants, it is not subject to state or federal policy changes. As part of NCNA’s strategic priority of Relentless Inclusion, the fellowship reflects the association’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
