This session will focus on the ubiquitous problem of plastic use in health care and society, the adverse health and planetary effects, and strategies to mitigate the problem, including the new North Carolina law to ban some toxins in intravenous tubing and bags and the gloves off campaign. This is relevant to nurses at all education and experience levels and in direct service or management roles. |
