Examine how Buddhist principles of mindfulness, compassion, and cooperation can foster nurse well-being, reduce burnout, and enrich team relationships. This session provides practice approaches for novice bedside nurses and emerging nurse leaders to create cohesive and supportive nursing communities based on being present and purposeful. |
