Get Started with NCNA Connect
Ready to jump in and connect with your fellow NCNA members? Follow these quick steps to set up your profile and start participating:
Step 1: Log In
Visit https://ncna.connectedcommunity.org and click the blue Sign In button in the top right corner.
- Need a password? Click “Can’t access your account?” and enter the email address linked to your NCNA membership.
- If you don’t receive the reset email, check your spam folder or add mail@connectedcommunity.org to your safe sender list.
Step 2: Upload Your Profile Picture
Click the person icon in the top right corner of the page, then select Profile.
- Under your profile picture, click the Actions button (down arrow).
- Choose Change Picture and upload a photo.
Step 3: Update Your Profile
Make your profile more engaging by adding a bio, education, and job history.
- To update membership information (like contact details), click the button next to Contact Details.
- Any changes will sync with NCNA Connect within 30 minutes.
Step 4: Join the Conversation
Click the Participate tab in the menu bar, then select Post New Message.
- Choose which community you’d like to post to.
- Use the formatting toolbar to style your message.
- Click Post and you’re ready to go!
